The Team recently spent a Saturday morning together for a “Team Development Day”, taking the time to re-look at our vision and Values: Rangatiratanga, Manaakitanga and Whanaungatanga.
We talked through what these really mean to us and how we weave these into everyday for our patients, community and staff. Looking at the things we do well and the things we can continue to work on.
It was a great morning spent together at the beautiful Te Puia, Rotorua.
