We strongly encourage patients to book ahead for routine appointments and WINZ/ACC/Medical Certificate reviews and renewals.
We operate a phone call system (Clinical Triage) from 7.30am to 10.30am, Monday to Friday for patients requesting urgent same-day care. If you need urgent care, please phone us before 10.30am and one of our clinical team will phone you back, assess the level of care required and send prescriptions, blood test forms, or book an appointment if appropriate.
This triage system IS NOT for certificate reviews or renewals NOR routine appointments.
